When should I arrive for my appointment?

Arrival

We recommend arriving approximately 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

This allows you a few quiet moments to settle in, complete your consultation if required, and begin relaxing before your treatment. From the moment you arrive, our intention is to create a calm, welcoming space where you can unwind and enjoy your time with us.

What if I am running late?

We understand that sometimes delays happen. If you’re running late, please call us on (07) 5452 5333 to let our team know.

While we will always do our best to accommodate you, your treatment time may need to be adjusted to ensure we remain on schedule for clients who are booked after you.

Our priority is to provide every guest with the exceptional care and attention they deserve.

 

What if I need to Cancel my appointment?

Cancellations

We understand that plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Providing this notice allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client, as we often have a waitlist of guests hoping to secure time with our team.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, please call the clinic or reschedule through the Mia Bella app. We kindly ask that cancellations are not sent via email, as these may not be seen in time to update the schedule.

Please also note that cancellations cannot be processed via messages left on Sundays or public holidays, as our team is away from the clinic.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us provide a smooth and respectful experience for all Mia Bella clients.

 

How can I pay for my services?

For your convenience, Mia Bella accepts a range of payment methods including Amex, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, Afterpay, Zip Pay, and cash.

Our aim is to make your visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible, allowing you to focus on relaxing and enjoying your treatment experience.

 

Can I request a certain staff member?

Requesting a Therapist

If you’ve connected with a particular Mia Bella therapist, you’re always welcome to request them when booking your appointment. We understand the trust and comfort that comes from seeing someone who knows your skin and beauty goals.

The best way to secure your preferred therapist is to rebook your next appointment while you’re in the clinic, as our team’s schedules can fill quickly.

That said, every member of the Mia Bella team is highly trained and committed to delivering exceptional care. If your preferred therapist isn’t available, you can feel confident knowing you’ll still receive the same attentive service and results-driven treatments that define the Mia Bella experience.

 

Can I bring my child?

Children in the Clinic

While we absolutely adore children, Mia Bella is designed as a calm and relaxing space for our clients to unwind and enjoy their treatments.

Many of our skin and beauty treatments require focus and precision, and during most services it is not possible to supervise young children. To maintain a peaceful environment and ensure the safety and comfort of everyone in the clinic, we kindly ask that clients attend their appointments without children.

We understand that arranging childcare isn’t always easy, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

If you find yourself in a situation where childcare isn’t available, please contact the clinic ahead of your appointment and we will do our best to assist where possible.

Our goal is to create a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable experience for every client visiting Mia Bella.

 

Health Considerations and your privacy

If your therapist becomes unwell, our team will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. This ensures we maintain the highest standards of care and wellbeing within the clinic.

Similarly, if you are feeling unwell, particularly with cold or flu symptoms, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to help protect the comfort and safety of our clients and team.

Your consultation form is strictly confidential and plays an important role in helping us understand your health history, allowing us to tailor treatments safely and effectively to your individual needs.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or concerns when booking your appointment so we can ensure your treatment is both safe and results-driven.

At Mia Bella, every treatment is delivered with professionalism, care, and a commitment to achieving the best possible results for your skin and wellbeing.

Refund Policy?

Refunds & Packages

At Mia Bella, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on products or services. However, refunds will be provided where required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Our pre-paid treatment packages are designed to offer exceptional value and support optimal results. These packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Please note that packages are non-transferable between individuals or services.

If you have any questions regarding your purchase, our team will always be happy to assist.

Our pre-paid treatment packages are designed to provide exceptional value while supporting the best possible results for your skin. All packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, allowing sufficient time to complete your recommended course of treatments.

These packages offer a series of treatments at a preferred rate, making it easier to stay consistent with your skin and beauty plan.

Please note that pre-paid packages are non-transferable between individuals or services.

If circumstances change and you are unable to continue your treatment plan, we are happy to provide salon credit for the remaining value of your package. This will be calculated by deducting the full individual price of treatments already received from the package value, with the remaining balance issued as credit to use toward other services or products within the clinic.

Our goal is to provide both flexibility and value while helping you achieve the best possible results from your treatments.

Gift Vouchers?

Share the Mia Bella experience with our beautifully versatile gift vouchers — the perfect way to treat someone special to skin and beauty treatments they’ll truly enjoy.

Gift vouchers are available for purchase in Australian dollars and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. They may be used across multiple transactions until the full value has been redeemed.

Voucher values range from $10 to $999 AUD.

Please note that gift vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. Promotional value vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotions, used toward product purchases, or redeemed through our online store.

As treatment prices may change over time, a gap payment may apply if the cost of a treatment exceeds the voucher value.

Gift vouchers that include promotional value are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

We offer both Digital Gift Vouchers and Physical Vouchers

 

Promotions and giveaways?

From time to time, Mia Bella offers special promotions and giveaways for our valued clients.

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and are available while stocks last.

If you are the winner of a Mia Bella social media giveaway, please bring valid identification when redeeming your prize in clinic.

Giveaway prizes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. If the prize includes a product, it must be collected from the clinic within 1 month.

Please note that products and prizes cannot be posted and must be collected in person.
